In this video package I show you how to start learning the wrap I use for a good entry while spinning or static, and then we learn an alternative exit to belly basket, which on its own is a rad entry. Then Videos 2 take you through the SJ entry and basic exit, and in the last video we learn alternate entries (to help us better understand wrap theory) and alternate exit ideas to play with.
