Learn how to start training front balance pop to pike under the bar, a rolling skill, back hip circles to draga-azon, then head to the ropes for some suspended shapes that lead to belly basket, and exit using a hip-hop/breakbeat pathway, finally ending with a baby pop that is surprising but simple.
